Overall the experience was great, but for the verification process and withdrawal process are very very long. After 48 hours I still waiting for my withdrawal, also, the main verification of the account was completed, but they ask me additional documents which I truly don't understand. For now, they don't try to build a trust on my side, and I am in reflection if I'm going to give another chance to this casino. I have won 800$, but I don't know if I will get it one day.
Update. after asking second verification doccument, verification are done. while i have requested my withdrawal, i request a cool of period to protect my winnings until the withdrawal are processed. but once the verification is done, they rejected my withdrawal. they said that they have a limit of 500 euro or curency equivalent and right after it, deposit and withdrawal become unavailable for couple of hours.
i have made my first request by mifinity, and when the withdrawal back available, mifinity withdrawal was removed !
so, i made some research about ecashout service, and i am on hold. i made a request from ecashout. and wait what would be done after.
but in conclusion, its not a minor inconvenient, i just live a major inconvenient, minor, and much more minor problem can be very annoying because i experienced problem, problem after problem.
Update 2 So I decided to change the note to a positive section, I have requested my withdrawal with eCashout instead, it took 24 hours for the withdrawal to be completed, but I have not waited a day to see the money in my bank account. This is the good part and was happy about that. But just be careful, withdrawal is limited to 500 euro or currency equivalent per day. So if you win very big, you have to split your withdrawal. Withdrawal limit can be more only if you have high activity in the casino.
