I have just deposited 25€ with the bonus they emailed me today and not one minute after depositing my account was disabled and when trying to log in it said my account was locked.I have never broken any terms of service and it is just ridiculous for them to ban right after my deposit. They couldnt have banned me before I deposit?? There is absolutely no reason for them to ban me! I had just requested a withdrawal of 100€ yesterday and deposited 25€ today and get banned instantly after depositing.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that if it was your first withdrawal request, the casino might have block your account if it's not yet verified and will be unblocked once you finish the verification.

im kyc verified since january of this year and have at least two successfull withdrawals at that time. the winnings from my current withdrawal were made with 7% cashback bro coins. i have just emailed them about this today with no response so far.
