My experience with SpinReelz Casino has been absolutely appalling. In my opinion, this casino has demonstrated a shocking lack of responsibility towards a customer who openly admitted to suffering from a serious gambling problem and repeatedly begged for their account to be closed.
What makes this situation even worse is the casino’s apparent unwillingness to engage meaningfully with my complaint, including attempts by Casino Guru to help resolve the matter.
On 31 July 2026, I specifically contacted SpinReelz requesting that my account be closed because I was experiencing a serious gambling problem and could not control my gambling.
This was not a casual request. It was a clear warning that I was struggling with gambling addiction and needed the casino to prevent me from accessing my account.
SpinReelz acknowledged my request, stating:
"We have received your request to close your account and are processing it accordingly."
Despite this acknowledgement, my account remained accessible. I was still able to log in, deposit money and continue gambling.
I did not create another account, provide false information or attempt to get around any restrictions. simply continued using the exact same account that I had already asked SpinReelz to close.
I told SpinReelz that I had spent approximately eight hours gambling and had been around £1,800 ahead, yet I was unable to stop.
I continued gambling until the money was gone and then deposited further funds.
I explained this because I desperately wanted the casino to understand how serious my situation was.
Instead of taking effective action to protect me, SpinReelz allowed the account to remain accessible.
What I find particularly disturbing is the casino’s subsequent explanation.
SpinReelz claimed:
"When a player continues to wager after a closure request, we require a clear and final confirmation of their intent to proceed."
This explanation is completely unacceptable to me
I had already clearly stated that I had a serious gambling problem. My inability to stop gambling was precisely the reason I had requested the account closure in the first place
For a casino to apparently treat continued gambling as a reason to question a previously expressed closure request, rather than recognise it as further evidence of the problem, is deeply concerning
How many times should a vulnerable customer have to ask for their account to be closed before a casino takes meaningful action?
How much money must someone lose before their gambling concerns are taken seriously?
I repeatedly contacted SpinReelz, yet my concerns were not addressed in a way that prevented further gambling
To make matters worse, I escalated my complaint to Casino Guru in an attempt to obtain an independent and fair resolution
Despite these efforts, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from SpinReelz My experience has been that the casino has ignored my concerns and failed to engage constructively with attempts to resolve the dispute
I find this attitude towards a serious responsible gambling complaint extremely troubling
This is not simply a case of someone gambling, losing money and then complaining about the result
I recognised that I had a serious gambling problem, asked the casino to close my account, received acknowledgement of that request, and was nevertheless able to continue depositing and gambling
That is the central issue
I am seeking reimbursement of the money deposited and lost after my original account closure request on 31 July 2026
I believe SpinReelz should be held accountable for its handling of my requests and should provide a proper explanation for why my account remained accessible after I had explicitly disclosed my gambling problem
The entire experience has left me feeling ignored, let down and deeply concerned about how this casino handles customers who disclose gambling related harm
My warning to anyone considering SpinReelz is simple: think very carefully before trusting this casino with your money, especially if you ever need responsible gambling support
Based on my personal experience, I have absolutely no confidence in its responsible gambling procedures or its willingness to resolve serious customer complaints fairly
I have retained the email correspondence, closure requests, acknowledgements, transaction records and other supporting evidence

- Very slow customer service response and then they just stop replying at all
- Do not engage with casino guru mediators
