The player from Poland had been waiting for a withdrawal for 8 working days. The casino's support was not providing sufficient responses to the player's emails and messages, typically repeating the same answer. The player claimed this was their first withdrawal and they did not use any bonus. Despite our advice to wait for 14 days for the withdrawal process, the player insisted on a quicker resolution. We extended the timer for response by 7 days, however, the player did not respond further. Consequently, we couldn't investigate the issue further and had to reject the complaint.

Casino hasn't withdrawn my money for 8 working days.

Support answered as a robot, support doesn't answer emails, and a dedicated agent on telegram has not answered for 3 days.

Each time when I ask about my withdrawal they write the same.

Looking for the same issues on this platform I see that there are a few situations in which they respond in the same way.

Hi ,

This is my first witdrawl , I ask on live chat if I need make veryfication and they answer that it is not necessary even I'm new player.Yes I play for my money not for any bonus.Accordinh to their terms they have max 5 bussiness day to withdrawl so I dont will wait 14 days for witdrawl.I spoe every day via live caht and they answer evry time the same roboticall anser and via email but they dont answer the same as manager on telegram.
