All my payouts are "completed" in my account on the site. They approved the first 3 (I had to make 9 X 10.000dkk payout requests) even though they state no limits on withdrawls. So I did that. They approved the first 3 totalling 30.000dkk 16/12 and I received 20.000dkk 17/12 All through Trustly. I have now as of today’s date not received a kroner more. I have repeatedly asked for transaction numbers for the payout to Trustly because they have stated many times the funds were sent. So if that is true send me the transaction numbers so I can find my money. They keep saying over and over to be patient that the relevant department is looking into it! I have had it and I am done with this shit!! How can these people literally steal 70.000DKK from people and think nothing of it?? Why did 20.000DKK go through and not the rest, and not the 10.000kr made on the same day as the 20.000DKK. I have screenshots of all the chats, I have sent them my bank statement the last 4 days because I HAVE to prove I didn’t receive any money since 17/12, yet they will not provide me with what i need! I would be forever grateful if you could get my money or some sort of tracing number. I have missed 4 days of work because of this and all the stress this has caused me. I have lost total faith in all humanity.
