Player’s winnings have been voided. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Placed a deposit of £90 , worked up to a withdraw of £1200 with no bonus taken, kept to low stakes as the ridiculous 30% deposit amount insists...withdraw denied as due to bets submitted over the 30% amount. I denied this as I kept my stakes low but it was down to gambling stake wins on the in game heads or tails bonus..my argument was that this was all off the back of a small stake win that had already been placed, e.g £2 stake wins £32 then gamble heads or tails on double or nothing...this however breaches Thier convoluted technicalities and results in you resolving nothing and then profiting from your win to the tune of all off it bar a sickening refund of your stake...I challenged this with one of the oh so helpful online chat representatives under the moniker of Steve and told him I wish to close my account because of to be told and I quote..."your account is closed and between you and me you have already withdrew 1000 euros which we did pay so don't make out as if we are dishonnest , there are terms and conditions and you must follow them....have a good day....THEFT
