I did make a deposite, won pretty decent amount , withdraw 160£ , but I am still waiting for it on withdrawal it is still showing as a pending, I try to ask on online chat when I will be able to get my withdrawal and the answer was you need to be patient it take from 7 up to 21 day, It is some sort of joke or what. I really hope that I will get my money.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Was your account successfully verified in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

My account is fully verified, I did make a withdrawal 7 days ago, and yes it is still showing as a pending.

blondkiky543, I appreciate the updates. Although I acknowledge that the current situation is far from ideal, I remain optimistic that the casino can resolve the issue within the next few days. Kindly be patient with me until the next five days, and if there are no improvements by then, we will take action as we typically do after a 14-day withdrawal request period.

Hello, my withdrawal is still showing as a pending, try to contact them multiple times they keep telling me that withdrawal process time is 7-21 day you need to be patient and wait that is only what they keep telling me. Withdrawal process time already is 18 days

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I still haven't got my withdrawal, and when I ask them on chat they keep saying that there is multiple withdrawals and they are busy, be patient. But it's been already a month and as it is state it can take from 7 up to 21 day, it is already more than that.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since we are unable to verify under which Curacao license the casino operates and doesn't refer to any ADR service, we don't know which gaming authority to turn to. If you wish to contact all of them I can share them with you via email.
