I deposited a total of R490 casino account locked email says found discrepancies if this is the case why still spamming me with offers why not lock the account before depositing as immediately after I deposited the account was locked I've asked for a refund I've sent my docs I'd proof of address and the card with my name on I used to deposit my full name is Craig Eric *** and the casino is spartan slots

Sorry allow me to start again I've Registered a few accounts 90 percent of the promotions are free spins I've often taken up the spins met the wagering or play through but never attempted to cash out.


I enjoy playing at your casino so I decided to deposit R140 did not claim any bonus played and decided to deposit R350 seconds later my account was locked.


Why the heck was it locked after I made a deposit if there was discrepancies why was I spammed daily saying I have free spins and even after it was locked continued to get promos.


As I can see you're casino reeled me in on promos I eventually deposit and you lock the account.


I sent my I'd my bank card and billing address yet no feedback so had to go to the forums. Look I just wanna try my luck with my own money.. win or lose I enjoying playing at the casino..

Further more the date I deposited was Friday the 2nd of October. The same day the account was locked ... And any casino associated to u I joined has also been locked do u agree or shall I send proof..


So u take my money yet I didn't claim a bonus on the deposit sent docs and never cashed out so TX for the R490 your account locked we confiscated your deposit ha ha sucker .... O but wait sat the 3rd of October

In fact been up thinking about this current situation on hand trust me im far from a fraudster I've had numerous occasions to cash out never once did I made my first two deposits here as I rank for south African players the easiest and quickest way to deposit they offer good promos and make it exciting.. now I'm thinking my account was locked without any cash ins or bonus claims and I'll never come back here and deposit again u have waisted my time made my experience miserable I would like this matter now resolved you have delayed it far to long Petronella in fact no further replies please just refund my R490 u already have the documents close the accounts or keep them closed and if not i will continue across the board with as many forums as possible exposing the casino...

So to clear things apologise for the misunderstanding thought u representative of the casino ..


And opened accounts with there group but Friday was the only casino I deposited on. No bonus was accepted once deposit was made and no pending cashins had a few spins casino account closed and refused to open or pay me back and only realized u don't work for the casino which means no reply from the casino

I had a few occasions where I met the play through but at the time never bothered to deposit so just kept gaming.


first purchase was R140 at spartan slots. to avoid any play through or wagering i made sure the bonus was cancelled half way through my first deposit system closed went back balance wasnt showing thought ok tech issues but the funds were played so I made a 2nd for 350 then two or three spins or so later account closed discrepencies and will remain locked..

To clarify, please refer to this excerpt from our Terms and Conditions to which you have agreed upon:


"2.1.12. Each User is allowed to open only one User Account. Use of more than one Account per physical User is known as "multi-accounting", which is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of a User with multiple Accounts, all affiliated accounts associated with the User will be immediately cancelled alongside any transactions on the multiple Accounts. In the event that Spartan Slots has reasonable grounds to suspect that the registration of said multiple Accounts has been undertaken with the intent of defrauding or cheating, Spartan Slots may block regular or tournament play and/or prize distribution.


2.1.13. You are only allowed to have one Account per household, per address, per computer and per IP address. If more than one person in Your household has an Account You risk any winnings being void and being banned from the Casino"

It's possible I might have opened another spartan slots but only deposited at one and declined the bonus or actually chose not to claim a bonus ..


Nothing about a refund..


But if they picked up discrepancies before I deposited why wasn't any action taken before I deposited why did they accept my purchase and no claims to

At the end of the day why wait for players to deposit take the money and lock the account if I had a huge cashin or claimed match bonuses yes sure. They should either lock all accounts I'm ok with that and let me play at spartan slots only or refund the R490 and I won't play there anymore

I have checked general terms and conditions, and as the casino stated earlier https://www.spartansslots.net/en-FI/terms:

"2.1.13. You are only allowed to have one Account per household, per address, per computer and per IP address. If more than one person in Your household has an Account You risk any winnings being void and being banned from the Casino. For more details please check with Our Customer Support Desk via Live Chat."

If you have opened more than one account, it would be considered as a breach of rules hence, your refund would be under a full discretion of casino.

I find the manner in which this is been handled is it's an ongoing thing that prior to the deposit no account is locked no discrepancies and they purposesly wait for players to make a first deposit no bonus claimed no cash out make the deposit and then they lock the account and refuse to refund at the end of the day I dispute this with the bank and they reverse it by the bank the casino will pay the fees and refund the money so hoping they refund and let me be on my way

Hi Craig,

I looked at your case and understand your situation. I don't recommend to make a charge back before we contact the casino. The thing is, if you make a charge back, you may be put on a list for fraud. If other casinos have access to the list, it could be problematic for you to find a casino where you could play in the future.

Kindly note that this player was in breach of the Terms and Conditions item 2.1.12. Each User is allowed to open only one User Account. Use of more than one Account per physical User is known as "multi-accounting", which is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of a User with multiple Accounts, all affiliated accounts associated with the User will be immediately cancelled alongside any transactions on the multiple Accounts. In the event that SpartanSlots has reasonable grounds to suspect that the registration of said multiple Accounts has been undertaken with the intent of defrauding or cheating, SpartanSlots may block regular or tournament play and/or prize distribution.


The player reached out to our Security department in regards to the refund. Because the deposit had been made via EasyEFT there was no way to return the transaction, so the Security department requested a BTC address in order for the refund to be processed.


In regards to the mailing list, the player will be removed shortly.

If you have been advised by the casino to use Bitcoin e-wallet, I would recommend opening a Bitcoin account. It is fast, safe and you can always convert bitcoin to cash and ultimately move it to a bank account. It is actually very simple, follow the steps in the guide, open a Bitcoin wallet and give them the address.You can always change Bitcoin for your currency on an exchange. If you find it too complicated, ask someone you know who already did this to help you.

Hi there sorry only saw the feedback now,


at the end of the day I go back to why wait for me to deposit if any rules were broken allow me to deposit a total of 490.00 and close my account take a month to refund and only refund $20 and a few cents which at the time was Less to the value of R350 and deposited R490 i still dont believe they deserve a higher reputation as they were ranked at 7 now an 8.1 yet only payed back less 65% of my total deposits

However, after investigating further we located a different account associated with the same user which indeed has another deposit of 140 ZAR. We will refund the second deposit of 140 ZAR as well.
