I was told that I would receive the payout via skrill within 1 hour to 24 hours. Then I was informed that the team works from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and whoever comes first gets the payout. I've been waiting for almost 2 days now. Then I was asked to write an email, I did this several times and still no answer. I always get the same copy and paste answers from chat.

Danach wurde ich darauf hingewiesen das das Team von 9 bis 16 uhr arbeitet und wer zuerst kommt der bekommt die auszahlung. jetuzt warte ich schon fast 2 Tage. danch wurde ich aufgefordert Email zu schreiben dies tat ich auch mehrmals und noch keine Antwort. ich bekomme von chat immer die gleichen copy and paste antworten.

I first played with a bonus and they said I should pay 1000 euros so that I can pay out, then I paid in 133 euros without a bonus. I've been verified for about 4 days.
I kept texting the chat first they said it takes 1 to 24 hours for withdrawal via Skrill. I write to the chat every day and they only mean that there are too many requests and I still have to wait, I've been told this several times. I should also write emails, I have written countless emails and no reply. Even beem casino paid me out when i bugged enough times but this is bottomless.

ich habe andauernd mit dem Chat geschrieben zuerst sagten die es dauert 1 bis 24 stunden für die auszahlung via Skrill. ich schreibe Täglich mit dem chat und die meinen nur das das es zu viele anfragen gibt und ich noch warten muss das wurde mir schon öffters gesagt. auch email sollte ich schreiben habe unzählige mails geschriebn und keine antwort. Sogar beem casino hat mich ausgezahlt als ich oft genug genervt habe aber das ist bodenlos.
