Slotman is a solid casino, the layout and customer service are player friendly. Deposit and especially withdrawal worked well for me, the withdrawal took almost 2 days, which is an acceptable time on the weekend. The game selection is mediocre, a lot of games are blocked in the bonus, which bothered me a bit. Also you could not activate the welcome bonus automatically, but had to write to the support. So all in all I am satisfied and can recommend Slotman.

Absolutely terrible casino, probably one of the worst I've come across, but to be honest I haven't come across many good ones.

The selection of game providers is minimal which might be very telling, the games I played did not have a very good return whatsoever and I tried numerous games, all with a very low pay out. I know they will use the line its's all about luck, but you do expect a return rate of between 95-97%, statistically it didn't feel like that here.

Then the customer service, was so bad. I contacted Denis to close my account, it seems they only self exclude you and don't close your account as requested, this means you can't reopen your account again, not that I want to in this case, but I should be able to if I wanted. I don't have a gambling problem, I just don't like the casino.

Denis didn't appear to understand and deliberately cut me off chat when he couldn't answer the questions, didn't care about any complaint, and just appeared very uninterested. So don't believe everything they say about their friendly customer support, its just a façade.

All documents have been verified. You should bring proof of the payment with the time, date, amount and name of the transferor. There is no time in German online banking and the name is not displayed either. Uploaded a screen of the transfer and a copy of my bank card. The documents were rejected. Good provider and casino looks nice but my cashout experience is horrible. Now seven times i try to cashout to credit card and Mifinity and seven times i get email "Your withdrawal request has been declined. Please contact the Support team to find out the reason." ...and every time i have to go chat support ask what you want now. Every time different things missing... Why it so difficult to write email what document or other information you need now. Support lie and say at they sent email details what they need. No, every time just "its declined"

I also signed up because casino guru had given it a very good rating. Now I also registered because of various articles "20 free spins without deposit" after email confirmation there. The link for the email confirmation never arrived, so no free spins either. In chat they are only willing to communicate in English. There I didn't get an answer to the question about the missing link to confirm the email address. After they asked for a screenshot because of the 20 free spins for Valley of God's and I uploaded it in the chat, they just said "Sorry". Again such a s.... Casino? Deposit made with Sofort. Balance zero. Chat contacted may take up to 10 days for funds to be credited to casino account. Will the money be brought by messenger?
Addendum: After about 4 hours the money was on the casino account
Addendum II: Deposit by bank transfer possible from 20 €. Payout by bank transfer from 500 € possible! No Skrill... etc. Only coins... As a player with a small budget you feel screwed. I deposited €75, used the 100% welcome bonus and met the wagering requirements. Account balance was then at 280 €. I can play the money down to zero now. That's why zero stars.
Response for the casino: All my deposits through my bank are always instant at the casinos
