I had deposited on their website multiple times for a welcome bonus and multiple other reload bonuses before i decided to withdraw. Then i provided all the relevant information to withdraw my money and I got emails asking for further verification which i provided promptly. 10 days after waiting for my withdrawal I get told that my withdrawal has been cancelled because they suspected bonus manipulation, which is completely and utterly false. They said it is suspected because my betting had varying patterns, when all my bets fluctuated between $100-$20 depending on my confidence, most being $50-60. I was up $800 through all the bonuses and free bets and they just completely took all of that away. This is nothing short of a robbery and they didn’t even cash out my own money, which is the least of worries at this point as they clearly just stole $800 from me which is had wagered thousands of dollars to make. They informed me that 3-4 bets were unusually small in size compared to the other bets and please be mindful that I had about 1000 bets with them and because of those 3-4 bets they cancelled multiple bonuses as well as free bets that couldn’t even be manipulated as they didn’t require a wager. This is a complete highway robbery!
