I have been waiting 6 working days for an initial £5000 withdrawal made on 12/04/2020, when there t&c’s state 3 working days.

I have been asking via email and online chat but do not get any answers for over a week.

Account verification done and approved days before my withdrawal, just keep getting told it’s under review and won’t answer any of my questions.
