I deposited $25 on 7-7-23 and with almost impossible playthrough requirements I prevailed and went to cashout at $350 yet they said I was only eligible to receive $311 ok fair enough but I keep getting the same answer from chat thanking me for my patience as they're experiencing technical issues and then end the chat, I can't get no response via email yet they flood my spam folder daily with the latest "deal" I should have did my research on them as I never would have gave them one single penny as it is my understanding they don't even operate with a license...

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I deposited my own money met the playthrough requirements in the promotion but yes I put up $25 of my own money and now they are telling me I'm next on the list, I've got screenshots

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Royal Planet Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
