Do not play on this site. Trying to cash out your winnings is like trying to blood out of a stone., apparently they automatically credited my account $4 which I knew nothing about so now can only withdraw $100. Not to mention the verification process is a nightmare. Disgusted
👍Update- I finally got a payout! After much rigmarole they paid out. The second time I cashed out was no problem at all. Be persistent.

Finally got cashout (transferred to bank account about a week after withdrawal request)
After first cashout, the next one seemed to go straight through.

Keep copies of emails sent, said they had no record of me sending requested documents, I took screenshots of the emails sent previously to them

I used a bonus code that only allowed 5 times the deposit withdrawal amount. I played the bonus correctly then when I was sure I could withdraw I asked if I was right to go on the chat line.
I didn't want to wire the $125 to my account as it would take time. So I asked was I able to continue using my $125 winnings to bet.
As far as I knew the bonus code was over and I would be playing with my own money.
Long story short I won, I won around $7000 and proceeded to attempt to withdraw $2000
I was told I had to use a bank wire transfer. I would have preferred visa but I was told that option was not available for me.
Anyway I get an email saying my winnings of $125 will be wired to me. Not the $2000 I requested.
I was told I was still using my bonus code and I only could cash out 5x my winnings.
I explained I had chat online on the night to the host and because of not being able to use my credit card for a withdrawal I could reinstate it as a deposit. Being the $125 I had won and was able to withdraw if I had wanted to.
Now the supervisor has said I didn't withdraw it and make a deposit so all winnings become null and void. What a load of ..... I played for days to get that balance and was excited to have won it.

DO NOT PUT A CENT INTO THIS CASINO!!! I won $44,000 fair & square no wagering required. They paid me out 2 lots of $5k then decided they weren’t paying me anymore so made up false accusation & contacted me via email no phone call suggesting that it had come to their attention i had a secondary account (that i did not) & that i was in breach of their terms & conditions n any balance which at the time was $34,000 was being made void. I went straight onto site yo make contact, went to sign in & they had closed my account down! I have asked for proof of this do called 2nd account along with a transaction history showing me & my bank cards being active on this other account
NO RESPONSE! My account is fully verified therefore its impossible to sign up a 2nd account with the same name same mobile number email address & DOB as me period & if by chance some magician happened to trick there system in doing so why all of a sudden 7 months down the track would you have conveniently only just picked up on this now that a substantial amount is owed & partially already been paid!!
I am currently seeking legal action on ROBIN SOLUTIONS IU to get whats rightfully mine so if your planning on wanting to withdraw if u win
