The customer service is very good, especially the Manager of the Spain and Italy team, Monica, who is interested in helping and solving problems, listens, responds and is very friendly in her dealings. The casino in general has several problems when it comes to games such as the repetition of the same spin many times or numerous spins at 0 (I counted up to almost 100). But when it comes to the quality of the games and the customer service, it's worth playing.
