Well first of all it is really bad that you just get free spins (bonuses) which are activated immediately and cannot be deleted (spent over 2 hours with support). There is also no way I have to play them, how appropriate especially when you have won something! The support insists that the answer to every problem the first two times is another browser Chrome would be good (which I use on the side) ) Clear cache (wow). What does that have to do with my question of whether you can delete these inactivated free spins so that I can play Book of Dead and Legacy of Death and the free spins display disappears (I never pressed okay there either because I don't want to let them run with free spins without a deposit. The third time, at least in future bonuses were completely deactivated, but my question/problem was not answered and the chat was quickly closed!! After each slot you are shown how much was wagered and won. I took a screenshot of each one, 6 slots, €60-70 stake and only won €2. From a certain point or length of play it happens every time, no matter how slow or fast or how many breaks you take and how to delete the cache, winnings become an illusion.
Also erstmal ist es schon richtig mies das man einfach Freispiele (Prämien) bekommt die auch direkt aktiviert sind und nicht gelöscht werden können ( über 2Stunden mit Support verbracht ) . Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit ich muss die spielen , wie passend Grade wo man etwas gewonnen hat ! Nach jedem Slot bekommt man angezeigt wie viel eingesetzt & gewonnen wurde. Habe von jedem ein Screenshot gemacht 6Slots 60-70€ Einsatz und Grade mal 2€ gewonnen .
