I have more than 1 problem ... The first 1 is after 5 days of asking about my withdrawal the live chat still have no idea same robotic answers all the time I have screen shot the whole live chat conversations with several people they all send the same rubbish..... Second thing I read in the responsible gambling tools they set limits as soon as you contact the live chat but it's the same as the withdrawal they haven't got a clue they refuse to answer any questions just robotic answers they have no responsibility for any player they keep your money in the hope you will play it away ....
