This will be my 4th or 5th withdrawal. They have always been quick. However this last withdrawal is taking longer than usual. It's been 12 business days now. All docs have been verified previously and its not asking for more verification. This is a bitcoin withdrawal like all of my previous withdrawals. Customer service keeps saying they will escalate but nothing changes. Everyday when I ask if there's an update it's the same thing, they will escalate.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Knowing that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hi Petronela! I logged in just now and my withdrawal has been approved! It hasn't been credited to my bitcoin account yet though! What a coincidence maybe! Thanks for responding so quickly to my issue!
