Hello, I have tried to make numerous withdrawals after submitting all documents and being approved by the casino. They emailed saying that my bank was good for wire transfers. After 2 months of waiting they emailed me and said my bank is not approved and that they do not approve any banks for wire transfer in the USA! I requested a paper check and told them the bank and they said my withdrawal method was updated successfully. Right now it's been 5 weeks of waiting for an update. The payout team won't respond and the casino chat tells me to just wait. Can you help?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Is the withdrawal still pending in your account or it has been processed already but never reached you? Could you please advise if you have received any winnings from this casino in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is really a long time.

Hello, I have never successfully made a withdrawal from this casino but have been told all of my documents are approved and my current withdrawal ticket says it has been pending for over 4 weeks now.

Just an update, payment was released to our 3rd party on your behalf Ryaffe81 on Thursday of last week (the 4th) for disbursal as a wire transfer. As a general rule we are looking at 3-10 business days from the date of payment by the casino till it is reflected in your bank account.

Every wire transfer I have tried was declined by the casino, in fact Over 2 months ago I was told that I would have to get a paper check by the casino payout team. Also, how much of the 2500 is going to be paid out?

Greetings all,


Deposit bonus amounts are not eligible for withdrawal unfortunately, in this particular case there were multiple deposits on top of an active balance using multiple deposit coupons. Since the balance was never played down between deposits each of these deposit bonus amount must be removed in one single transaction in order to qualify for withdrawal. The total approved amount after bonus deduction was $450.


I will apologize however, I neglected to notice the method of payout last time and it is indeed physical check as stated not wire transfer as I had previously noted. All other information is correct however, the date of payment by the casino remains the same only it is confirmation of tracking information for check delivery we are currently waiting for not the direct deposit of a wire transfer.


The tracking information should arrive via email as soon as the check is made available by the courier, once it arrives please be sure to physically deposit the check into the bank account approved by the casino.

I attached a screenshot of when I had over 10 thousand dollars of money the was eligible for withdrawal. Because the casino kept declining all of my withdrawal methods, I played through 7500 of the money. Over a 2 month period I deposited around 1200 dollars using the nightowl bonus for most of them. I would spend the money down to ZERO and then make another deposit. This 2500 dollars that you have approved for withdrawal would have only ONE deposit attached to it. What you are trying to do is take every bonus I ever claimed out of this one withdrawal. Please explain how that makes any sense???

Do I understand correctly that you claim that your balance was zero at the time you made your last deposit and claimed a deposit bonus?

Please understand that if this is not the case, as the bonuses you claimed were all sticky (meaning the bonus amount was not cashable), your balance at the time of withdrawal technically included the sum of all the non-cashable bonus amounts, which is why the casino did not just remove the amount equal to the last deposit bonus you received.

Yes, I played all the money down and then got it back up to over 10K on 1 no playthrough coupon. You can even see the chat screenshot where the casino rep broke it down for me after I went from 10K to 7K. They said there would be a fee plus the bonus amount that would come out of 7K, about 250 dollars... Ragingbullslots is trying to take every coupon I ever claimed since the beginning of my play with the casino out of this 1 withdrawal.... they have been very Shady with me since the beginning and only after I filed this complaint through the casino GURU have they actually done something. For that I thank you!

filethis message is after I spent my available 10K down to 7K. Becuase the casino wouldn't pay out or respond to my emails I ended up playing the 7K down to 2500. The casino paid me 425.01 last week and and check cleared but I feel like they still owe me atleast 1500 dollars and would like to see a breakdown of how they came to that conclusion.

After reviewing the provided information, I can only confirm Nick’s words. The last time your balance was played down to zero was on Jun 29, 2021. Since you claimed multiple deposit bonuses and never played down your balance between deposits, the non-cashable bonus amounts were still a part of your balance, unfortunately.
