I did a withdrawal of 850 euros on 21/04/24 and still the money is not yet deposited in my account. I have made contact with their live support and got the same answer that the finance department is processing my withdrawal. Also I sent them email and got the same answer that they will investigate it. Still after 7 working days the money is not deposited in my account and I get the same answer over and over again at live support that they are sorry for the delay and the finance department is processing my withdrawal. Thank you for your help anyway.
