Hii i made an account on quickwin casino on 14 November made a deposit via Litecoin didn't took any bonus played some blackjack and other live casino games and managed to win around 4600 which i requested to withdraw on 14 November 2024 , considering the 9.8 rating given by casinoguru management i thought the casino will quickly process my withdrawal but i was wrong, firstly they told me withdrawal will take atmost 3 working days for which i waited when withdraw didn't arrived they told me withdrawal will take 3-5 days now its around more then 11 days passed still the withdrawal is not yet processed from there end and still showing pending, now when i tried to contact their support team every time they are giving copy paste reply that withdrawal will be processed soon and they don't have any definate time to process withdrawal, i request casinoguru team to kindly help me and also reconsider your 9.8 ratings out of 10 to this casino, they seriously don't deserve this rating, i am attaching relevant screenshots and chat with their support in the attachment and if anything else is required from my side do let me know

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello nick, thanks for your reply, however my withdrawal request is still not successful, i have asked so many times regarding my withdrawal from their support team but every time they are saying your issue is escalated but not giving any resolution, i am also attaching screenshot of my recent conversation with their chat support, request you to kindly intervene and help mefilefile
