I'm playing at qbet more than 2 years as vip , Even my loses bigger than my winnings , I'm always getting less than %10 or nothing from vip team , especially from beginning 2023 , I have discussed many times with vip manager that's really exhausting . Also always having technical issue with games slots and live casino , that's very bad experience, whats you can do for help ?

Qbet there is vip team for loyal player , and vip manager returns loses of %10 always as cash back , I'm almost discussing with vip managers returning my %10 , for example I'd I lost 500 , they need return non wagering %10 50 , they return according to their feeling always less than %10 like 20 euros or 30 euros or nothing since beginning of this year, they did not return more than couple hundred euros like 500 or more , I'm complaining because in 2022 they were returning exactly same accurate amount %10 , I have exhausted with talking or discussing with vip manager , that's reason I'm complaining at here . Please help for solution .
