Withdrawal waiting / processing time is absolutely underground. Once again I have been waiting days for my payout. Last week 7 days to 280 € and now again for 5 days to 930 €, split to 200 € / 250 € / 250 € / 230 € each because I was hoping that it would be processed faster.
Puff cake !!! The traffic jam has been "in progress" since Sunday.

The casino is not recommended if you want fast payouts.
Even if the payouts are made safely, the waiting time is neither sustainable nor understandable and puts all positive aspects of this casino in the shade.
Die Warte-/Bearbeitungszeit von Auszahlungen ist absolut unterirdisch. Zum wiederholten Male warte ich seit Tagen auf meine Auszahlung. Letzte Woche 7 Tage auf 280€ und jetzt wieder seit 5 Tagen auf 930€, gesplittet auf je 200€/250€/250€/230€ da ich die Hoffnung hatte das es dadurch schneller bearbeitet wird.

Verifiziert bin ich natürlich schon und auch bestätigt.
E-Mails werden nicht oder nur mit vorgefertigten Computerfloskeln beantwortet, selbiges im Chat. Trotz angeblichen 24/7 Support ist der Kundenservice nicht gegeben. Man wird ständig mit den gleichen Sätzen, welche definitiv nicht von einem Mitarbeiter sondern von einem Computer automatisch versendet werden, abgespeist.
Ich bin wirklich gespannt wie lange ich auf meinen Gewinn noch warten muss.
Erneut Einzahlen werde ich definitiv nicht mehr.
Das Casino ist nicht zu empfehlen wenn man wert auf schnelle Auszahlungen legt.
Auch wenn die Auszahlungen sicher erfolgen, ist die Wartezeit weder tragbar, noch nachvollziehbar und stellt alle positiven Aspekte von diesem Casino in den Schatten.
