I have spoken with numerous customer care team members at Spinight, none have given me the same answers. I have been waiting 5 days for a withdrawal, all verification has been completed, and I get the runaround from everyone I speak to. Some say they can escalate the situation further to financial department, some say it’s not possible and that whoever told me that was wrong. I’m
