Yakuza.bet casino is using predatory tactics to confiscate funds. They have confiscated my balance claiming I bet over $5 while wagering bonus money.
I received $8 with no wager from the welcome wheel spin. It went on my withdrawable cash balance. My bonus balance showed $0 and my bonus page in my acount showed no active bonus.
The email sent to me clearly says, confiscated for betting over $5 while WAGERING bonus.
1.They need to make it clear that the maximum bet is $5 while playing after recieveing cash from the wheel.
2. They should make it clear that you have an active bonus.
3. They need to clarify that the maximum $5 bet is not only while wagering bonus funds.
Its a shame they have these predatory practices because I really liked this casino. I wouldnt have even had a problem with betting under $5 if they would have made it clear that I couldnt.
