I noticed that the minimum withdrawal is only $5k while it's allowed to buy bonuses of a max of $20k. It sounds like they are tricking people and they can't pay out the high winnings... and exactly that happened!
Chat is bad. Very unethical practice, I hope they will change their ToS and work it out with this big winner! Until then, I will not make deposits and play in this casino!
