Sometimes they simply don't credit the bonus for the deposit, because the system is full of errors and shortcomings. Something like "freespins as a bonus for a 40 euro deposit" don't even dream of getting it if you deposit e.g. 2x30eur, because they don't bother with anything that is just a bit custom.
