I have played at this casino now I have faced problems. first withdrawal came the next day now I have made two withdrawals not received my money they say they approved and sent my money 5 days which they were supposed to take I have waited 5 days no money ever in my life have I encountered problems like this if a casino page says sent and it says approved then the money should appear in my bank account I want help with getting my money about 3270 euros pls help me casino guru

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

my account is fully verified first withdrawal 5 Dec 960euro entered my account the next day like all the casinos I played at but the last two withdrawals I made they say they have sent but not yet entered my bank account I never in my life bump on a casino page that says your withdrawal has been approved and hasn't come in, they said it would take 2-5 days, but it's been 5 days, no money, I've been playing casino for 20 years max, 2 days have passed after withdrawal sent, I play at pledoo casino because of good ratings, but now in my eyes the worst casino I play my question is why the first withdrawal came in the next day to my account then 2 withdrawals have not come in yet since 3 withdrawals have not come in I have sent in a pdf file withdrawals from my bank you can see the bank account number and all the transactions I made they can see a withdrawal I received from them and it was the pdf file they received to verify my withdrawal now suddenly they want the exact IBAN number to be included what does it make a big difference in the investigation when I send the pdf file from my bank a lla transactions on my bank account number, date are clearly visible they are playing with me how can you say sent but no money entered my account 1 time wrong but 2 times wrong I feel cheated they don't want to help even when I ask answer cocky 5 days have only passed 3 days now today 5 days where is the money please help me guru

I have contacted my bank every day they can't see anything that is on its way to my account I don't understand the previous withdrawal I made with you came in the next day but now two withdrawals haven't even entered my account yet you say 5 days 270 euros today 7 days no money but if it has actually been sent what is the money then? very strange that the last two withdrawals made have not entered my account but this is not normal something is wrong my fault can't it be because

I took out exactly the same way I did the first withdrawal with you

the first time I made a withdrawal at pledoo casino it went well, my bank details are saved so the second and third time I didn't have to enter my bank details it is saved from the first time my bank said they have checked with their foreign payment department they can't see anything which is on its way to me or track them the receipt I got from pledoo casino it's 2 withdrawals from them they say sent haven't arrived in my account yet day 8 today my bank say i should contact again Pledoo casino something wrong from Pledoo casino
