I have deposited via credit card,played without a bonus and managed to ask for 303 euro withdraw at pledoo casino.Tha verification of id,address and payment was pretty fast.I have the same problem as many players had with pledoo.My withdraw is still in pending status after 24 hours and chat informed me that they face problems with bank wire transfer.Their balance will be replenished.What kind of serious casino has no reserve at their bank balance?Why they do not offer me the same withdraw method as the one i used for deposit?They suggested to withdraw with a different method.I will not use bitcoin methods cause i dont have and i dont wanna have in the future.When it was about depositing here,everything run pretty smoothly.When its about withdraw,delays and problems.I dont wanna believe that all that mess happens on purpose and just to cancel the withdraw although its the only logical explanation

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessary, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.

If you’ve been advised by the casino to use an alternative payment method to withdraw your winnings, I would strongly recommend following their instructions. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

Thanx for the response Petronela. I understand the difficulty of paying me back with the same method(credit card).i have 12 years experience at casinos and i have faced a lot of problems.Basically according to withdraw.If it was just me submitting a complaint,i would say it may be random.I have read to many sites like casino guru,that they are experiencing the same problem and many times players finally get paid. So,how can a company has difficulties with bank wire payments and after a week the problem is solved?The answer is simple and obvious.There was never a problem and most of the players finally lose their money, few get paid. Moreover ,if the casino experiences problems with bank wire transfers, this withdraw method should be removed by the casino. Ofcourse they dont do that because they dont wanna lose customers and deposits. I wanna be more optimistic and dont be suspicious ,but facts show me a different way. Thanx again for the response.
