I became a VIP, but was suddenly removed from the VIP list within a month without any notice. They should have given advance notice. Deposits were fast, but withdrawals were slow. The bonuses were so poor that I can only imagine they are struggling financially.
They only accept drivers licenses and passports for id verification. Ive used my ontario photo id perfectly fine everywhere else, but they recently changed their verification method/policy and if you dont have a drivers license or passport, you wont be able to withdraw a penny. But ofc they let you deposit as much as you want. Customer service was incredibly difficult.When i finally got to talk to a human, they’d halfway answer my question and immediately close the chat before i could even reply. I would have to keep contacting them and opening up new chats, and it ended up taking almost 2 hours to ask 3 questions.
