It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but five weeks is an unusually long time.

Hi I requested a bank transfer, this was done on no bonus no wagering I opted out of those.
I have been contacting them daily and no response other then on the chat.
when I log on it constantly says on hold 8000 Euros and when the live chat respond they just say be patient it is pending!

Thanks for trying this is so very wrong of them, constant false promises and this is my fair winnings. I cannot believe they are allowed to operate like this.

Thanks for this but you can see how unprofessional they are by not responding!! I don't expect to get any of my winnings from them they are not legitimately licensed. Just a shame I didn't look them up before pumping so much money into them!!
