while I made deposits normally with my card I won and I can not withdraw I am told in the chat that the system is broken and I can not withdraw.

Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too. Banks in some countries refuse to receive players’ funds from gambling establishments. Unfortunately, casinos are powerless in this.
We will contact the casino and ask for their cooperation in resolving your problem, but, before we do so, could you please confirm that your account has been fully verified?

after 3 days please force me to reach the withdrawal via crypto. really such a difficult and stressful process until I make an account for crypto. they were still promoting them. to withdraw them in my account I necessarily need a visa which I do not have. all these problems because very simply the casino in question presented me with problems with any other method of withdrawal. for the casino in question in greece.
