The reason why is this I can't hold my passport properly I get struggling hold my phone and passport I used a dvd holder. Sorry I can't most other providers accept that photo sorry who is your complaints department you are now victimised me under the laws of equality act 2010 Indirect discrimination. I can't hold the camera properly do you understand this I used a clear dvd holder and put my passport in and its clear actually. all four corners are clear and all.
