Use invalid lame reasons to confiscate winnings and not return deposits. They will just lock us our of the account and repeatedly use the same reason for not paying. i only play casino bacarata, deposited without taking any bonus. so how the hell opposite betting works for me. asked for proofs and they mute the livechat

My Baccarat session is somewhere from 4th to 6th of Sept before my account was lock.


I placed my bets base on the below, but it depends on the road.

  1. Chase either banker or player "dragon" means continuously open the same till it lose
  2. Following my strategy of PBPPBB
  3. The pattern of the roads on possible outcome.


I was informed by Plae8 that I was defaulted for opposite betting, which it was not the case and not proofs was given to me for confiscating my winnings and deposits.

I have never do opposite bets and dont understand the reason for this. cus I dont take any form of bonus.


Are the images provided relevant? dated 9 June. Bets amount $10?. Can PLAE8 explained on the 2 screenshots (2 white excel format with red box).

Upon checking up internally, please find the hyperlink of the full log (101matches) of this particular player (cmlee225).


Also, referring to the cross-checking that tally with the 101 matches that this player bet on, 10 out of 101 bets were detected bet on the both sides. (refer to the attached image)

We have also talk to provider side about the justification of the wrongdoing of the player, please refer to the attached conversation. (refer to the attached image)


Meaning to say this member (cmlee225), login from different platform

This is the information provided by DG (The provider) itself and they after the one highlighted to Plae8.

The provider also informed us that they obtained the data from another site too, however, due to discretion and confidentiality they are unable to provide which site and full username of the player.


As PLAE8 (the platform), we looked at the provided bet history, we noticed that the player's bets were quite consistent. and place bets at the same time but opposite. mostly on the "Player" outcome, and they chose either "Big" or "Small." The timing of bets and the IP addresses matched what we'd not expect from regular betting.

We understand that checking for abnormal or cross-betting can be tricky. Our initial decision was based on the information given.

We're open to a deeper analysis if needed. If you have specific things you think we should consider, please share them with us. We want to make sure our gaming environment is fair for everyone, and your input is important.

We have held two internal meetings to discuss this case. Despite the casino providing evidence that accuses the player of placing opposing bets on two different accounts (at different casinos), we would like to emphasize that, based on the game log, the player already had $3750 in their account that day, which they legally won. Therefore, the purpose of making five bets of $10 each to transfer money to another account seems unclear. The accusation of money laundering in this case doesn't seem to make sense, as we are dealing with a very insignificant amount of money compared to the rest of the balance.


Typically, opposing bets are made to legitimize money from gambling, but in this instance, we are only talking about $50.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side.
