Kindly not that your Withdrawal was meant to be processed on the 18th of December 2021 however due to a technical issue the Withdrawal is currently stuck under processing. We have raised the issue with our payments department in order to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. We will contact you once the issue is resolved.
