My total Amount that I requested for withdrawal is 2,49,999 in 5 request.

In which I only received 1,49,999

1,49,999 amount I have received on 20th April so I think that later i receive 100000 but on 23rd they marked my withdrawal successfully completed but I have not received amount in my bank account so I raised a ticket on customer support but they are not replying properly. I also shared bank statement to their customers support but still they have not provided my payment.
