So basically this is what happens when you report an issue when they don't pay you. First they'll ask you to wait for 7 working days ,which becomes 10 days total including safurdays and Sundays. Then they'll create a ticket . Which will not come to in progress state for 5 days minimum. Then it will be in progress state for 2+ weeks . And I don't know what they're even investigating . I'm attaching a acryof my ticket which is in progress state for 3 weeks ie 21 days file

Parimatch, you said after 20+ days of requesting withdrawl and after applying for ticket ( your costumer service is the worst) you managed to somehow get the withdrawls online . And said I'll get them by yesterday, which i didn't even today . I just request you to cancel it and return back the amount as I don't think you'll process them.

I don't know what this is . But they completed my ticket saying funds returned to betting account. But i NEVER RECEIVED any amount back to betting account. I feel like this should be violation as they completed the ticket without solving .

Could you check what wallet it was returned to? Some casinos have different sub-accounts - one for sports betting, another one for slots or live games... I have even seen sub-wallets for each game provider. Maybe it landed in the wrong part of the account?

I am glad that the money are back in your account. As we have discussed previously, I will now close this complaint as 'rejected', since you decided to cancel the withdrawal request and opted for returning of the funds into your account instead.

As for the compensation - you can try contacting the customer support, referencing this case, and see if management would be willing to give you some kind of a bonus as a compensation. However, that needs to be done outside of this complaint, as any such compensation is not enforceable and completely up to the casino's discretion.
