I have made a withdrawal of 41000INR on 9th April 2024 but until now they haven't credited my withdrawal ,bank statement and screenshot attached below file

My account is already verified and currently i am active member of parimatch,I dint accumulate a single bonus until now...i won the amount with real money...


Being a VIP customer,Moreover these parimatch don't have a proper customer support,They have stopped live chat support from last 3 days and Telling there is a technical glitch ,So please contact on email vip.in@parimatch.in


In the email also they will reply the same thing we have a technical glitch.shame to be a VIP customer file
