He reported the problem and a ticket was opened, but it was closed without resolution after two days, leaving the free spins still inactive. The player had already played his deposit amount. Hi,


I need your help regarding this issue I am facing with Parimatch casino. 2 days ago I got INR 200 free bet for sports and 30 free spins on Slot Forest spirit for depositing INR 1150.


Their system won't allow me to activate my free spins.I talked to their chat support and requested to let me use my 30 free spins.The chat support told me he has raised a ticket to fix this issue with their experts and asked me to wait for some time.


It's been 2 days now since they raised the ticket. I have not got any email from them regarding this issue and My free spins are still not available.I have very disappointed with this casino they always do this kind of scam 😡.


I just contacted them since I did not receive and information from them regarding this issue on their chat support. Now the chat agent informed my they closed my ticket without resolution. How pathetic is that?? On march 01 they told me they raised a ticket to thier experts and asked me to contact after some time but they didn't do anything with my raised ticket rather they closed it without resolving my issue as if nothing happened.

Thanks for replying.


I haven't asked for a refund or any other bonus from the casino. I just would like to get the bonus that I was informed I would get with my deposit that I already made.

I already got the INR 200 sports free bet but they didn't let me Activate my 30 free spins on Slot Forest Spirit.I tried to Activate the free spins in my casino bonus section but instead of Activating the bonus they canceled my BONUS. Now the free spins bonus is not even showing in my account. It's was there when I made the deposit on March 01.


I have already played my deposit amount.


Parimatch has not done anything to resolve my issue with the 30 free spins Activation problem. On March 01 when I couldn't Activate my free spins I contacted their chat support and informed them about the issue. They asked me to wait and informed me check later to see if the issue was resolved.


After waiting 2 days on March 03 I contacted them again to see if they have resolved the issue.


However the chat agent told me they didn't do anything with my issue for two days and told me they closed Ticket they raised on March 01 to their expert without giving me any resolution.

If you have lost the deposit that was supposed to activate the bonus, our hands are tied. We would like to help, but it is impossible for us this time. I can only suggest if you experience such an issue next time you always stay away from spending your deposit before the problem is resolved.

This is utterly stupid What does it matter if I lost the deposit or not ??When I Made the deposit I got both Inr 200 sports free bet and the 30 free spins.Its upto me when I activate the bonus it doesn't have to do anything with whether I have lost the deposit or not.


It doesn't make any sense if you think and if you got an ounce of brain.


As soon as I deposited INR 1150 to my Parimatch account I got both the bonuses Sports free bet inr 200 and 30 free spins.I didn't have to activate it before I lost my deposit because those 30 spins could have activated at any time since they were already in my account after I made the deposit.


This sounds so stupid coming from casino guru may be you guys are helping these big casinos to scam people very bad.


You guys have been pretty useless lately always siding with these scam casinos.


Very disappointed!
