I deposited 9000 inr on 19 may at 08.15pm on parimatch platform. The money was deducted from my account immediately but it never came to my gaming account. Initially they told me it would take 5 hours to deposit. Now since last 4 days they are saying one same thing. "We are working on your issue. Our payment team is working on it and money will be deposited very soon." All they do is cheat. Its a complete fraud application

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
