i have requested withdrawal on 13 th July 2024 the amount of 11900,but i have not received yet, parimatch asked me to wait until 19 th July ,i have waited but still withdrawal not received,I have also updated bank statement to them,but they are not credited the amount.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

O have not received any withdrawal ,i have also sent them bank statement and forwarded confirmation mail from my bank that mentioned funds not received to them and forwarded the bank statement upto date sent my by bank to them,they are not responding properly,i do not know why they are not accepting bank statement and confirmation mail of bank,pls enterfere and tell them to give my withdrawal immediately.

Hello casino guru ,i have withdrawn many times in the past,my kyc is Fully verified,I have many deposits and withdrawals in past,no bonus or free bet is used,they are clearly cheating me,I have contacted my bank and sent parimatch my bank statement and confirmation mail of funds not received by my bank, parimatch but still they are not crediting my withdrawal.

* on 13 th July 2024 i requested a withdrawal of amount 11900rs,on 14 th July it showed sucessful but upto now amount not received to me,i contacted by bank,I got bank statement and bank confirmation letter that the amount not received to me.

*on 23 November 2023 I made my last successful withdrawal of amount 8000 rs,it got credited withdrawal 24 hours.

*I have selected bank transfer IMPS payment method,i have withdrawn money many times using same payment method,the maximum time for withdrawal it took in my past withdrawals is 2 days .
