Hi

So I tried to deposit using their revolut service. It worked but then i got onto the screen which told me that the deposit wasnt processed so i needed to wait. So i did. Now i see it is reflecting in my account but when i wake up in the morning i see at 8am. There was a withdrawal already made but when i check the withdrawal methods available, there is only crypto and i dont remember adding any of my crypto addresses to the site. Ive placed another withdrawal for the other amounts but it is still processing.

What do i do?

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

The thing is though, none of those apply to me currently. I am trying to withdraw but it is getting rejected. So what can be done regarding this?

If you have not yet deposited using cryptocurrency, the casino may request a minimal deposit to verify the payment method.

Could you please confirm whether you played any games or only deposited and requested a withdrawal? Additionally, is your account already verified?

As withdrawals can take up to 14 days, I would recommend waiting for now.
