Hello, i ask a withdraw from 19th of moth (today is 26) the maximum I can withdraw per day 500 euros. At this time was all my winnings. After some deposits in the weekend I stand lucky finally and won some money I ask 2 more withdraw per day 500 euros each.

according to their rules you can have maximum of 3 withdraws open. Now at my account I have over 3300 euros that I want to withdraw but I can’t ask.

the first withdraw is still pending and they don’t reply at all (suddenly the live chat don’t work any more) and after a lot of questions they reply something general that the withdraw is delay.


I can understand that is their policy to play my winnings but now they delay a lot. As I can see I will avoid forever rapidi casinos because first time I won some serious money.


please help me.

Hello Nick,


1) All the winnings are from real money.

2) Yesterday they complete my first withdraw as per casino my account is verified and don’t need anything else.


According to casino the maximum time withdraw from their side are 3 working days. The problem now is the next 2 withdraws must be completed yesterday but they didn’t.


my last communication was yesterday and I think helped my complaint here for this reason the complete the first withdraw from 19th. But I have a lot more withdraws to be done and with their rules to have maximum 3 withdraws in process and max 500 euros each is not possible to take my money.

just to add in general to withdraw all the money I want I need the 3 withdraws that are now in progress and plus other 6. The casino I don’t know how their site works but today I tried to contact about my withdraws and after a moment close the chat and after that I can’t open again a live chat.

Hello Nick, the last withdraw from previous week it’s not completed yet over 7 days.

They don’t help at all say the same thing all the time. They don’t provide either one gambling tool and they say lies all the time at chat.

I know is my responsibility to not play these money but I think your page to give at this casino an 8 is rediculous.


For me is a scam casino that now I have 7 k in total inside and maybe I will need 3 months to take them.

no I can’t ask 500 euros every day because this casino have a limit of 3 withdraws to be open.

If needs to wait 14 days for every withdraw, now I have 3 pending withdraws of 500 each (1 of them is before 8 days) and 5500 euros that wait to be withdraw.


Please tell me that is fair? I don’t have problem if they need more time to be completed but they don’t let me even to ask a withdraw.


with this practice at first and 14 days that you say they can withdraw max 3000 per month. They say need 3 working days.


Next time rate this casino with 10 here maybe the only fair here is the comments of players nothing else.

Just FYI, I until now these 3 withdraws are still pending.

1st - 12 days delay.

2nd - 9 days delay

3rd - 8 days delay


I tried a lot of times to take an answer about delays from live chat but they say every time the same thing your withdraws are safe.


All know that they delay just to play your money back because they don’t have any responsible gambling tool. My first withdraw was at 19th of June until now I just wait to take my money and only 1500 euros I have receive.


The total amount that I want to withdraw is 8500 euros that looks, please understand with so many delays that looks very bad. Ok understand that they had limits but they don’t keep they schedule I already wait over 20 days and I will never play back because no reason I can’t take my winnings with these practises if I play.


I think I have a point here that is not fair for players this casino and they don’t reserve an 8. Because of these delays that you can see for a lot of players is not just me.
