The player from the United Kingdom had won £8900 on Nonstop casino and experienced difficulty withdrawing the full amount due to a £500 per withdrawal limit. After withdrawing some of the winnings, the casino had refused to release the remaining £7500, stating that the player had violated the terms and conditions. The player claimed that the casino had allowed him to continue playing until his winnings increased, at which point they confiscated the remaining amount. Despite the player's account having been fully verified and not having used any bonuses, the casino blocked his account and ceased communication. We had attempted to contact the casino multiple times but received no response, leaving the complaint unresolved. The player had been advised to choose casinos based on their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid such issues.
