verification , I’ve provided multiple forms of identification, and they won’t verify me so I can make withdrawals, I’ve provided driving license, birth certificate, current photo id , every time I speak to CS , they give me the same scripted , tbh I’m absolutely gutted and disheartened I was going to treat my , kids to a wonderful Christmas , 😡😥😖

Hi Nick , thank you for your speedy response, I’ve just checked an I’m glad to Report my verification has finally past, and I’ve started the process to withdraw £1400 witch is now currently pending, I’ll keep you updated on any progress , here’s a few screen shots, 🤞 they pay out, as slightly lost a bit of faith, in them after the Run around they have been giving me .

Hi guys , update for you , I’ve just had a message through that I now have to provide card details that I used to make deposits and bank statements with proof of deposits, unbelievable, is normal , ? Do you Recon I’ll still get paid ??

Is there also any communication with the e-mail support regarding the verification? They could clarify which document is still missing or why were some of them rejected.

Additionally, as advised above, we always recommend to wait 14 days for either the verification or withdrawals and to cooperate with the casino to process it faster.

hi mate, apologies for not getting back sooner, I’m please to confirm I’ve received 100% of my winnings , over all , I took me just short of a mouth , so my advice to anybody that wants to play with this casino , is to , get the fully verified, before you start playing and withdraw in smaller amounts , during, the process, I felt frustrated, doubt, have I been scammed , I found a high number of people that have posted online saying , they gave up, and played away there winnings, with much bigger balances, since my withdrawal, I have deposited another £50.00 , and won £300-00 , I withdrew the £300-00 and I had to wait 24hrs, which was not bad to wait at all, thank you again for your help and support and I know consider the matter closed.
