I have been trying to withdraw my winnings i originally won 12,000+ but due to waiting so long for my money I end up playing through my other part of my winnings it says that there is 6000 per day limit well this is wrong its 6000 then u must wait and wait till they approve it then 24 hours after that u can withdraw another 6000 not before I have waited nearly 2 weeks for my withdrawl I even thought half way that they couldn't see it so I cancelled and redone it only to realise it's not that they just refuse to pay it then. They say it's done in a first in first served basis well my new ones were rejected but by main was nothing so not the case then asking them they say were r a trustworthy casino wait for your money or 24 hours will be in there then 48 then 72 hours upset over this I have msged everyday with chasing up the withdrawl they respond with the same crap every time the last one was worst they said they were gonna refund me with out a reason and then they suspended my account for no reason I said I dont care I just want my winnings they said I have problem gambling I have done screen shots of my. Last conversation with them please help

Dear Lizayoub88, was your account only temporarily suspended while the casino processed your withdrawal? In some cases, casinos do this to prevent players from canceling their withdrawal and continuing to play, especially with large amounts, in order to protect the winnings.

Also, could you please confirm whether you have already received the withdrawn funds?
