Hello I made a withdrawal on 04.12.2023 at 2.

They rejected my transaction on the same day at 15. When I asked them why, they said I have to verify my card I made the payment with. Anyway I did it and they said that I'm now fully verified and I can make the withdrawal in couple hours. At 18 I made the withdrawal but since now I didn't heard anything from them, it's only saying "processing". Till now I didn't received my money and there was no update all they saying is "you have to wait". It has been over 16 hours now since I made the second attempt to withdraw my money! I have everything for proof if needed. Thank you

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hey I received my money but the only problem is I should receive £4200 they have sent me £4055. When I asked them they said it's nothung to do eith them and it's "SEBA" the company eho is sending me the money. The difference is because of my accound is GBP and they send me the money in Euro. I just couldn't understand how it could be a difference of £145!
