The player from Netherlands had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting his complaint. His money hadn't been received yet. I requested withdrawal yesterday and money does not came to my bank account. Yeah I know it’s only one day but there is something suspicous. I withdrawaled money 4 times before and all of them approved by casino after 2 hours and money come bect morning to my bank account. The amounts was 300 700 euros. Last time I deposited 2000 euros and I requested withdrawal 5049 euro and it is not still approved by casino side. The different things when I ask for livechat can you approve my withdrawal they do it in seconda after I ask. This time the amount is big they ignore that they can do it something like that and it is still pending they only copy and paste same answers you need to wait 3 business days something like that I just want to make sure I get my money I think they are trying to find a way to don’t pay me can you talk to them becuase I cannot get ingo about my withdrawal at the moment hoever 2 days ago I can get all the informarion. I feel suspicous that’s why I am writing there thank you

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Update! Roday I cannot get ant email from them or any response from livechat thigs are getting more complicated? I don’t get it. Because it’s third day and they said if the transfeer does not process this day they said wrote us and at the moment they respond I am scammed please help me
