All i can say is don't play here i made my deposit of 30$ and took their welcome bonus. I started playing but around every 10 to 20 spins it would freeze and kick me out then it wouldn't let me play any other games other than the one it screwed up on till i went to support this happen 5 or 6 times before i got frustrated. I looked at terms and conditions max bet was 10% of deposit so for me 3$ but i never made any 3$ bets always under. I received an email saying that they were denying my win due to making to large of bets i asked for the proof that i know they can't provide. I've reported this to MGA i truly hope they're better than caracoa gaming authority or the Poog. Both of which I've sent multiple emails and never even got a response. Thinking they should be rules and fines laid if proven they've lied to deny payment of wins. Cause in 3 years I'm over 10g in denied wins and hidden max cash outs or straight out lies like casino universe who thinks wagering last until you cash out and redeposit which wouldn't make it wagering at all. MrFortune are denying a 550$ win saying 7% of your deposit is to large of a bet.

"4. Betting more than €4 (or equivalent) per spin or 10% of the received bonus amount (the smaller of the two) on a slot game."


Do I understand correctly that you activated the welcome package and you played with the first deposit part of it?

While i had wagering i never did make any bets that big i used a 2 $ bet after wagering i made a few larger bets but that certainly shouldn't cost me my bonus nor did i win during those spins. This casino is pulling the same crap as my complaint at casino universe they're putting restrictions on your winnings till you withdraw it which is the same as wagering is till withdrawal not x35. Which is not in their own terms and conditions. They're doing as so many of these vulture casinos do they set ways to cancel your win. If they didn't want you making large bet and cancelling the bonus the one game i was playing had a rebut option that popped up a half dozen times i knew i was still on wagering so i denied it everytime. Tell them to show the records it'll prove I'm right. But when i said that to them they didn't produce it. I usually only do tiny bets in all my casino records but with their system freezing me out i jacked it up to get it over with then they tried putting my 30$ back and wanted me to continue playing with them as if I'd ever put a cent in an untrustworthy casino like them. I swear it's like their spitting in your face keeping your winning and asking if you'd like to give them more money wtf!!!!!

Their is 13 pages of gambling records for my play the rest it won't display for me which is not helpful. But no bet on there say higher then i was saying other than 1 that says 19+ some change which is not a bet i made. I'd never bet that much on a single bet. And you see my balance didn't go down like i made that bet nor the winnings after so ???? All i know is I'm being ripped off and over 500 dollars which isn't alot but it's enough to get excited about and if they didn't scum bag out on my they have gotten back eventually everyone is down to the 65 35 split you just hope you go up first the quit doing it. Thanks for helping you guys rock i did already report it to MGA to so hopefully you guys can join forces and stop this kinda crap from happing to other takes the fun out of gambling if when you finally pull a good win after weeks of losing and they steal it under fake circumstances or not in their terms rules or warnings that you might be making an error. It more pick on the handicapped or not so bright people have reasons why you get to basically steal from them.again thanks for helping I'm rambling now

I only can get 13 pages of transactions of probably 200. I wagered over 2000 dollars. It's not in them and they only allow copying thru screenshots so would take 8 of these answer replays to get you info that doesn't have me betting over. So do you really want me to send the 40 screenshots

The better way would be to get them to show and hand over said records, cause the screenshot way is insane if all my records were there I'd have been 500 to a thousand screenshots. These guys are just like wild pharaoh who still owe me 1200 and yesterday 8 got straight out robbed by Canada casino . Made a crypto deposit using cut and paste but they asked for the hash id . I sat on hold with kraken and passed out so the next morning i got all the info togeather and went back to finish the deposit which was on the original document i put into them. So he sent me on the chase for the 3xcuse to just keep my funds their telling me the cut and paste screwed up. But all i know is i only did the one hash so how could that be possible it can't. But all these casinos are starting to realize no one is actually policing them. The Poog still hasn't responded to my complaint nor dual messages, the MGA is the same and Curacao doesn't even have a complaint section so handing out licencing but doing no control at all so we're. Basically at the mercy of each casino. Cause they can not pay and there's literally nothing we can do but whine about it so their stealing thousands right now. If i wasn't majorly up in my gambling I'd quit cause this every third casino and every big win they scam you. But now you've agreed now 3 times with me but we united still can't get them to pay even when it's a blatant breach of wagering to say the have to cash out to get off the bonus restriction. They say there's wager but really it just to stop people while they're lucky. Honestly I'm think of just using real casinos for a bit cause my last 3 prizes over 500$ have all been stolen by 5he casino saying there legit. For things that are not in their conditions. But enough rambling from me i await a response if you want me to transfer your the 40 page screenshots

Is there a point in continuing I've been in the right every time and never gotten a cent to date so don't waste your time unless 6ou actually believe you can get something accomplished. If your at all skeptical then just tell me your concerning defeat cause that where I'm at don't want to write more and spend hours of my life getting pissed off i got scammed 8 really just want it i their reviews they are no paying douchebags. Cause really i might be owed legit 5 grand but only put in 200 to win all of them so yes i should be up overall by 11g instead of the 6700 approx 8m actually at over all

Ruling they never returned my email I've emailed 3 different gaming authorities not one answered me. In the 15 times I've been denied funds from different casinos which of course I don't play at anymore. I've never had anything done for any of them other than trust pilot and bbb who give my warning to others but that's it but I like chasing deals and not all sites are equal in odds places like jackpot city 100 times i deposited there only 9 or less $ eacjh time never won once, mychance is the best casino I've found they had me money the same day I withdrew it the first time now it's always by the next day and I win 1 in 3 times playing so definitly my favorite, but some are ultra scummy and start screwing with you the moment you withdraw but will always have an excuse not to pay, wild pharaoh being the worst they said I had a bad up address so didn't pay my 1200 withdrawal and it was welcome not free. It's the worst excuse I've had while a casinos is robbing me guess the 65,% isn't good enough. Well thank you for looking irealky don't expect much but thanks all the same

Yes it was the welcome bonus and yes to making a few 1$ bets I did make trying to get thru the wagering and lousy connection at the casino

Weirdly they just started sending me deals trying to get me to play at their casino but I'll never give them another CC ENT till they pay what they owe me might not even if they do.

I asked for more than 10 pages they allowed me to see I had no bets over 2$ they never produced any evidence to me if large bets and I know I don't make them. So it's a no brainier for me that it's a scam. But ask them to provide it they won't

Thanks but I can't provide evidence cause the supposed bet wasn't in the 10 pages they let me have but they don't think they have and authority and from the 6 times I've been ripped off and reported it to gaming authority all but one didn't even return an email one did

Well that's ok but the fact they are not providing the evidence should say it all it only had 10 pages for me to look at and they're are no high bets on them. I totally understand why you can't proceed thou and mainly only do the complaints so others know they're a scummy casino. Thank you for looking into it
