Their welcome bonus is great! I took the welcome bonus. Which is without constraint, no wager, unlimited withdrawal, quite rare. No games prohibited. In short, no stress when taking a bonus, which spoils the fun in many other casinos. I was in the chat to find out, agent attentive, respectful and precise. And who writes in your language! Because there is nothing that annoys me more than an agent who asks you to write in their language, and sends you a translator link... Why don't they use this translator themselves? He's the agent, they have to translate themselves, since they work on an international chat. In 2023, not being able to install an auto translator, which allows you to understand the client, while continuing to write in your own language, is not at all professional! For me these agents have nothing to do in an international chat.. so I appreciate when a casino has professional agents like this. I couldn't talk about the speed of the withdrawals, I didn't make any money there. I don't know if it was a bad time, but all the bonuses won were below €10. They have a good list of suppliers. The casino and the game selection is pretty good. The support staff on e-mail was friendly and responded relatively quickly compared to many other casinoes.
I deposited with a free spins bonus which didn’t work. After several days with back and forth on e-mail, I ended up receiving 20 free spins despite the fact that I should have gotten 50 free spins (10 each day for 5 days). I just gave up on the rest because it was way too time consuming to chase them down over e-mail.
Livechat doesn’t work. Button can’t be clicked, neither on mobile or computer. Atleast that is how it is for me.
KYC was super fast and pretty easy.
Finance department doesn’t work on weekends depsite their terms saying withdrawals are processed every day within 24 hours. That means that if you request a withdrawal on Thursday, theres a chance it won’t be processed till Monday.
